3. AI Model and AI Data Processing

DailyCal AI uses OpenAI’s GPT-5 model through the OpenAI API for its AI-powered functionalities.

When you use an AI-powered feature, the information necessary to process your request may be transmitted securely to OpenAI through the OpenAI API.

This may include the prompts, questions, instructions, or other content you submit to the relevant AI functionality.

The information is transmitted to OpenAI for the purpose of processing your request and generating the AI response.

OpenAI states that, for its API platform, inputs and outputs are not used to train or improve its models by default, unless the API customer explicitly opts in to data sharing.

DailyCal AI does not intentionally use your private prompts or AI interactions to train our own AI models.

Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information unless it is required to use the requested functionality.
